The Engineering Division has a current operating budget of $ 3.8 million, a five-year CIP of $1.2 billion, and full-time staff of 31 employees. Ideal candidates will be empowering leaders with excellent communication and team building skills, and proven civil engineering professionals. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field and substantial management experience in a complex engineering environment are required. Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona or the ability to obtain within one-year is required. Salary highly competitive and negotiable.
