Senior Project Manager   Our client, a major metropolitan sewerage district, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital related projects in the Water Planning or Water Treatment Plants of the District.  This will include the development of studies, planning, design and construction, all to ensure effective solutions to sewerage and watercourse issues within the District boundaries.  You will manage outside consultant contracts, to include the development of studies, plans, specifications and designs and ensuring accurate contracts and cost estimates.  Ensure contractors and consultants complete projects on time, within budget and according to District standards.  Provide quality assurance reviews of contract document bidding packages for capital projects, ensuring documents maintain District standards.
