Baltimore, MD – The BEYA STEM Conference Stars and Stripes Capstone Leadership Program is led by Fortune 500 executives and C-suite leaders from academia, corporate America, industry, and large nonprofits. The Program is designed to expose active duty general officers and flag officers to chief executives in academia, corporate America, industry, and large nonprofits.

The program provides candid Group and One-on-One strategic goal assessment sessions that will assist in making the move to civilian C-Suites. It’s a safe haven for frank conversations towards life-changing career decisions that include an exchange of valuable insights and advice about transitioning into the next phase of your career. Capstone candidates will interact with C-suite mentors to assess goals, define objectives and develop a strategy for achieving a successful shift from military to corporate lifestyle.

Through exposure to business relationships, competence, and corporate and nonprofit organizational cultures, candidates in the Capstone Leadership Program will interact with C-suite mentors to assess goals, define objectives and develop a strategy for achieving a successful shift from military to corporate lifestyle.
