In what promises to be a landmark event, Career Communications Group will gather past Black Engineer of the Year Award winners, Women of Color Technology Honorees, and Minorities in Research Science awardees at a one of kind CCG Professional Development event.
The first-ever Alumni Reunion and Planning Retreat, to be held June 30 – July 2, is open to attendees of all CCG Conferences: Black Engineer of the Year Awards, Women of Color in Technology and Minorities in Research Science. One of the highlights of the 2010 Alumni Reunion and Planning Retreat includes a session with Linda Gooden, top Lockheed Martin IT executive and 2006 Black Engineer of the Year.
Among the line up of influential corporate executives and U.S. military and federal government leaders, Linda Gooden, EVP, Lockheed Martin Corporation, will talk about the five imperatives of leadership. She will provide insights into how executives shape the future, build effective relationships, energize their teams, deliver results, model personal excellence, and foster a standard of integrity and accountability.
Other top speakers include Sandra Evers Manly, Northrop Grumman Corporation vice president of Corporate Responsibility and president of Northrop Grumman Foundation, Michael Montelongo, senior vice president, Sodexo, Inc., Vice Admiral Melvin G. CCG's mission is to plan two landmark events--the 25th Black Engineer of the Year Awards and the 15th Women of Color in Technology Conference.
