Rodney O'Neal to Serve as Delphi's CEO

As part of the new corporate governance structure, the current Delphi Board of Directors along with the Plan Investors, have mutually recognized that current Delphi President and Chief Operating Officer, Rodney O’Neal, will be appointed CEO and president of the reorganized Delphi effective Jan. 1, 2007. O'Neal is the 2002 Black Engineer of the Year.

2006 Black Engineer of the Year Lands Major Promotion

Robert J. Stevens, Chairman, President & CEO of Lockheed Martin Corporation, the nation's largest defense contractor, has announced the appointment of Linda R. Gooden as Executive Vice President of Lockheed's IT Services business area, effective January 1, 2007.

The Countdown is On

Scheduled to launch aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on Thursday are Joan E. Higginbotham and Robert L. Curbeam. A veteran of two space shuttle flights, Curbeam conducted three spacewalks before being assigned as mission specialist for STS-116. Mission Specialist Joan Higginbotham will assist with the construction of the space station, Higginbotham's primary task on STS-116 will be to operate the station's robotic arm.
