NACME announces new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

The National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, Inc. (NACME), the nation’s largest private source of scholarships for Black, Native American and Hispanic women and men in engineering and technology, has announced the appointment of Dr. Irving Pressley McPhail as Executive Vice President and COO.
