Paula Noble began her career at Boeing as an information technology systems engineer. But it didn’t take long for her to recognize her true passion was people development.
Since joining Boeing in 1994, Paula has transformed herself into an engineer of talent. She has also shown a passion for creating a new generation of diverse leaders for the company.

Paula is dedicated to mentoring, making a huge impact on the health of the talent pipeline for years to come. She has mentored hundreds of people and her peers often turn to her for advice and counsel.
She acts as executive coach and talent broker to top executives, helping them identify and develop talent, and foster innovation that drives growth and productivity.
As vice president of Human Resources for Corporate and Shared Services Group, Paula has responsibility for HR leadership to eight of Boeing’s corporate functions: Finance, Government Operations, Communications, Human Resources, Law, Shared Services Group, and the Office of Internal Governance and Administration.
She also leads the planning to align the HR talent, strategies, systems, processes and tools needed by the workforce of tomorrow
Prior to this role, she served as human resources director in Boeing Defense, Space & Security. In addition, Paula has held HR roles in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Philadelphia, Auburn, Everett and Seattle, Washington, and Wichita, Kansas.
In these positions, Paula has overseen Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.
Paula earned an M.B.A. from Webster University and a bachelor's degree in business management from Kansas Newman College.
