An executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, he's also known as an "engineer's engineer." Michell earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the General Motors Institute (now called Kettering University). He went on to earn a master's degree in information systems management from George Washington University.
He has nearly 30 years of consulting experience supporting private and public sector clients, including the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, the Joint Staff, Unified Combatant Commands, and the Defense Information Systems Agency.
