Join the BEYA Leading Voices Summer Seminar on July 28, hosted by the STEM City USA metaverse and BEYA STEM DTX platform. The seminar will feature discussions among vice presidents of research from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) about the CHIPS and Science Act.
This act aims to encourage the production of semiconductors in the United States and carry out the National Network for Microelectronics Research and Development. HBCUs play a crucial role in producing STEM graduates from underrepresented communities. This seminar series will provide insights into their current status and future opportunities.
The seminar will be moderated by Dr. Victor McCrary, vice president for research at the University of the District of Columbia, and Nate Crews, CEO of Business Transformation Consulting Services, who will also join the panel.
