This program is open to students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutes (MSIs) who are majoring in Intelligence and Cybersecurity. T
The fellowship provides paid opportunities and firsthand experience in Federal Government Intelligence and Cybersecurity professions.

Participants may receive a paid fellowship, with potential eligibility for tuition assistance, as well as practical experience in Intelligence and Cybersecurity disciplines, involvement in high-priority challenge projects, training in core and technical competencies, mentoring support, and networking opportunities.
