The Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Cybersecurity Diversity Fellowship (ICDF) Program is an opportunity for students attending a college or university, specifically Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) majoring in Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

The Intelligence and Cybersecurity Diversity Fellowship program provides a paid fellowship, with eligibility for tuition assistance, practical experience in Intelligence and Cybersecurity disciplines, a chance to participate in high-priority projects with training in core and technical competencies, along with advice and support from mentors, and networking opportunities.
