Patricia Lewis, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Lockheed Martin Corporation has announced the appointment of Patricia L. Lewis, 52, to senior vice president of Human Resources. Lewis, a Diversity Leadership Award winner for Industry at the 2013 BEYA STEM Conference, was also elected a corporate officer effective Jan. 1, 2015.

Lewis has more than 25 years of experience in developing and implementing global human resources strategies. She joined Lockheed Martin in 2011 as vice president, Human Resources for the Electronic Systems business area and currently serves as the vice president, Human Resources for Information Systems & Global Solutions.

Before joining Lockheed Martin, she served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions at IBM and DuPont. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations Management from the University of Bridgeport. She won a BEYA for implementing HR strategy and programs foused on developing diverse leaders in corporate America, incluuding program talent management, integrated talent management and culture change.
