Brandon Cassimere is a seasoned technical professional leader currently working at KBR. He has been serving the oil and gas industry for 15 years, with most of his experience coming from working at ExxonMobil.

During his tenure at ExxonMobil, Brandon provided technical guidance to numerous projects and conducted research and development of new electrical technologies.

At KBR, he is an electrical work group lead and is highly regarded as a subject matter expert in large motors and variable frequency drives.

Brandon is also committed to promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity at KBR, and he often volunteers his time to mentor young engineers.

In his acceptance speech at the 2024 BEYA gala, Brandon expressed his gratitude to everyone who has supported him throughout his career, including his family, friends, bosses, and teammates.

He also expressed his appreciation to the BEYA Selection Committee for recognizing his professional achievements. Brandon believes that professional achievement is accomplished through exemplary leadership, and he incorporates the statement “a leader knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way” into his personal leadership philosophy.
