In keeping with tradition, US Black Engineer magazine’s end-of-year Veterans issue closes out with profiles of Black general officers in the United States military and senior executives in the federal government. This is USBE magazine’s 17th annual list of top Black generals and senior executives in the federal government.

USBE magazine’s Veterans edition also features recipients of the BEYA Stars and Stripes Award and acknowledges the men and women in service whose accomplishments have advanced national security.
