The 37th annual Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) STEM Conference will take place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center from Thursday, February 9 to Saturday, February 11, 2023. For almost a decade, BEYA has returned to the nation’s capital of Washington, D.C. year after year.

The three-day program will feature seminars, panels, and keynote speakers led by some of the largest employers of scientists and engineers. In addition, several award ceremonies will showcase innovators and inventors in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields., along with networking opportunities for early-career, mid-career, and C-level executives.

The event is co-hosted by US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine, the Council of Engineering Deans of America’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and Lockheed Martin Corporation.

The conference’s prestigious awards continue to provide employers with the opportunity to inspire a new generation of minorities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
