The Women of Color (WOC) Conference returns this year with a digital twin experience (DTX) that mirrors the live event. The forum offers science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) award winners, employers, job seekers, and students a new day under the 2021 theme, Reset to Rise.

Ahead of the conference, the organizers announced that registered conference attendees will have unlimited access to seminars for a year, and events that will be added to the conference platform. This will offer unparalleled access and value to both attendees and conference sponsors.

Thursday’s seminars included: The Changing Faces in FinTech; Preparing for Battle: Finance Takes on Fraud; Thinking Outside the Numbers: Strategies for Finding Diverse Talent for FinTech; Join the Revolution: Technology is Changing Health Care!; Micro-Learning Session: Steering the Ship Safely: Navigating Your Organization When You Are One of the Few; and Women Empowered to Engage – An Evening of Empowerment.

The Career Communications Group (CCG) mobile app allows you to download the Women of Color STEM app, which gives you access to the conference schedule as well as other event information.

Once you have uploaded the app, enter your login to access My Planner, and then Bookmark sessions, events, speakers, and exhibitors to create a Personal Planner. Search exhibitors, speakers, and sessions. Create a personal schedule. Email speakers and exhibitors. View Schedule At-a-Glance. Receive event update alerts. Locate and bookmark exhibitors you want to visit. Interact with other attendees.

Apple Users: Visit the App Store and Search “Career Communications Group.” Download the app and open it. Select the 2021 Women of Color icon to load the show app. Then click on “LOAD”. Once logged in, click the “Start” button on the bottom right corner to load the Women of Color Show app.

Android Users: Visit the Google Play Store and search for “Career Communications Group.” Download the app and open it. Select 2021 Women of Color to load the show app. Then click on the right arrow “>” to load the show. Click on “Meetings” on the lower right corner of Apple devices and for Google Play users in the top right on the tiles. Select the Women of Color 2021 event icon to load it. You will now have the opportunity to toggle back and forth between events.
