Colonel Alison Gonzalez, who serves as the Director of Staff for the United States Space Force, is currently the highest-ranking Black woman in the force.

She is set to be the featured speaker at the upcoming BEYA Stars and Stripes Career Day, which is taking place on Saturday, December 9, and is sponsored by Lockheed Martin.

The event is being hosted by a group of young ambassadors, including Moria Bowman, Joy Pag’an, Hope Pag’an, Savannah Mitchell, and Mimi Ndutey, and can be accessed live on STEM City USA at noon on December 9.

The one-hour program will focus on career development and is aimed at aspiring STEM leaders who seek to unleash their potential and discover the path to success in STEM.
