Earlier this month, Career Communications Group and the Foundation for Educational Development partnered with STEM City USA to unveil its AI-powered Digital Library focused on the history of diversity in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Aimed at making more than fifty years of information available at the touch of a button,  the  AI-powered digital library will comprise an extensive collection of materials from US Black Engineer magazine, Hispanic Engineer magazine, and Women of Color magazine.

The library will include an expansive range of text, videos, podcasts, and photos spanning over five decades. For advanced interaction and enhanced search capabilities, the platform will also support audio input from the user.

The core objective is to create an immersive, accessible, and engaging user experience for STEM City USA’s diverse audience. The metaverse environment in which the library will be housed is designed to transport users into a unique digital world where learning becomes an exciting journey.

STEM City USA, CCG, and FEDI encourage vendors with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and digital interface design to submit their proposals for consideration. These organizations aim to propel STEM education into the future, making significant strides in accessibility, interactivity, and inclusivity. The anticipated launch of the digital library is set for late 2023.
