The 32nd annual BEYA STEM Conference is almost here. 

The event,  hosted by the Council of Historically Black College and University Engineering Deans, US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine, and Lockheed Martin Corporation, takes place Feb 8-10 at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park. Sponsors are Aerotek and General Dynamics Corporation.

The Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) recognizes professionals in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Among other achievements, nominees are honored for their dedication to community service, educational leadership, outstanding technical and professional contributions, and commitment to shaping and strengthening the future of STEM.
