“Diversity in the workforce, particularly within the technology sector, sparks great innovation, drives revenue, and accelerates economic growth,” said Tyrone Taborn, CEO of Career Communications Group. “Continuing to partner with companies like Raytheon Technologies, which has a vast network of bright technology and engineering leaders, is helping to bridge the STEM workforce gap that is prevalent within communities of color.”

CCG’s flagship programs and events include its STEM City USA Metaverse platform, the Women of Color (WOC) STEM conference, the Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA), BEYA Stars & Stripes, and the BEYA Pre-College and WOC Pre-College programs.

CCG’s retention, recruiting and employee recognition events and programs attract participation from thousands of engineering and technology professionals across leading technical industries. CCG publications promote STEM as an integral part of global competitiveness and America’s advancement.
