Thursday recap: ‘Becoming Everything You Are

“If we are able to save kids at a certain way because of the negative influences in their lives; role models that they see on the street corners or places like that; if we’re willing to buy into negativity then why can’t we buy into positive things?

“That’s what this conference is all about. We’ve built, over the years, a strong community of at least 30,000 people we can reach out to on any given day. And why do they do this? Because they feel that being a part of this community, they are part of something greater. And they are surrounded by like-minded people.” – Tyrone D. Taborn BEYA STEM Chairman and CEO, Career Communications Group on BEYA’s 30-year mission.
