A problem-solver, Dunwell continually holds expertise by turning business challenges into opportunities for growth. As a team builder, he uses collaboration, vision, and a diverse and inclusive culture to create partnerships, which lead a team that supports the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and fifty (50) international allies.

Even greater is a passion to serve his local community. He mentors young professionals, volunteers with nonprofits, and regularly speaks on topical workforce issues to teach and inspire others.

“There were many challenges I faced as a child in the Caribbean and the Bronx,” Dunwell said in his speech. Countless situations would have derailed him, he added. However, he always heeded his parents’ advice to focus on the importance of education.

“Watching them both strive tirelessly seven days a week, several hours a day, gave me the inspiration and resilience to fight through many glass ceilings, roadblocks, and adversities I faced throughout my journey. I stand here today because of their strength and determination,” he said.
