For more than 35 years, the BEYA Conference has offered science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and employers a forum to hire from the pool of highly-qualified scientists, technologists, and engineers. Tens of thousands of students and professionals have been hired at BEYA STEM conferences and online diversity job fairs.

During this recruitment season, BEYA has announced valuable recruitment opportunities at the BEYA Virtual Career Fair. A designated concierge project manager,  with access to a database filled with thousands of job seekers primarily from the 15 ABET-accredited historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and minority institutions, will help you find the perfect candidates for your company.

The premiere event will be held February 12-13, 2021.  From 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, recruiters across the country will meet job seekers online through chat rooms and teleconferencing.
