STEM City USA Metaverse has recently made available an archive of seminars from the past three years of the Black Engineer of the Year and Women of Color STEM Conferences.

This archive provides valuable information from leading experts in the field, and it can be accessed through the STEM City USA Digital Library.

Ted Colbert, who was honored as the 2022 Black Engineer of the Year, played a pivotal role in launching Boeing into the Web 3.0 era through his leadership in developing the digital twin initiative.

Recently, during a Career Communications Group event, The Boeing Company presented a seminar that delved deeper into the BEYA Conference theme of “Becoming Everything You Are.”

Career Communications Group also recently hosted a seminar to promote sustainable practices by embracing the Green Circular Economy, which shared resources collectively and was crucial for organizations to accelerate innovation and address environmental and health resource challenges. The aim was to adopt circular sustainability in manufacturing and product development.

Additionally, during the BEYA’s spring conference in 2018, the first Leading Voices event occurred, and it recognized Dr. Shengming Sang, a professor at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.

In his 10-minute talk titled “Aspirin Will Heal the World,” starting at 57:05 in the two-hour live stream, Sang shared his research on aspirin compounds potentially treating or preventing colon cancer.
